TERMS OF SERVICE

EASYGOTE is a digital storefront built for clarity, consistency, and direct accountability. This is how responsibilities are divided between you and EASYGOTE when you use our store.

What You Commit To

You confirm that you meet the legal age of majority in your country or region — or, if you are a parent or guardian, that you supervise any minor dependents using our catalog under your direct oversight.

You keep your account information accurate and up to date: your contact email, billing address, and payment details must reflect current reality so we can process orders and reach you without delay.

You use our platform lawfully. You do not deploy malware, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, or engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity — whether in transactions, submissions, or navigation.

You review our Return Policy before placing an order. You understand that product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without prior notice — and that your continued use of the site after updates means you accept those changes.

You accept full responsibility for your interactions with third-party tools linked from our store. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee their operation — and you use them entirely at your own risk.

You grant EASYGOTE permission to use unsolicited feedback — including ideas, suggestions, or reviews — across any channel, without compensation or confidentiality obligations. You warrant that your contributions do not violate anyone else’s rights or our Terms.

What We Commit To

We operate our storefront in alignment with UK law. All services, products, and agreements tied to your use of EASYGOTE fall under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom — while fully respecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside.

We protect your payment data. Credit card numbers and sensitive financial details are encrypted end-to-end during transmission and processing.

We manage your personal information under the strict guidelines outlined in our Privacy Policy — covering collection, use, sharing, security, and your rights as a data subject.

We respond to legitimate inquiries about these Terms. For detailed legal questions, contact our support team directly at cs@easygote.com.

We maintain operational discretion to cancel or adjust orders — including limiting quantities per customer, household, or transaction — to preserve system integrity, prevent abuse, and ensure fair access.

Where Our Responsibilities End

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure service. Platform features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, and digital displays may render colors or textures differently than physical items.

We are not liable for outcomes arising from your use of third-party tools, external websites, or off-platform services — even if accessed through EASYGOTE. You bear sole responsibility for reviewing and complying with those providers’ terms.

We do not promise that all content, pricing, stock levels, or promotional details are free from clerical or technical inaccuracies. If such errors occur, we reserve the right to correct them — including adjusting or cancelling orders affected by material discrepancies.

We exclude all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement — unless required by local law. Where local law prohibits full exclusion, those warranties apply only to the minimum extent mandated.

We limit liability for personal injury, financial loss, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. In jurisdictions where such limits are unenforceable, our liability remains capped at what is legally allowable.

How This Agreement Changes & Ends

We update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of EASYGOTE after changes go live confirms your acceptance of the revised terms — no separate consent is required.

You may end your relationship with EASYGOTE at any time by ceasing use or notifying us via support. We may also terminate access immediately if you breach core obligations — such as engaging in fraud, violating laws, or compromising platform security.

Termination does not erase existing duties. You remain responsible for all unpaid balances incurred up to the termination date. We may restrict your access to store features while outstanding amounts remain due.

What Happens If Things Go Wrong

If your claim arises from your violation of these Terms — including unlawful conduct, copyright infringement, or breach of referenced legal documents — you agree to cover EASYGOTE’s reasonable attorney fees and related costs in defending against third-party claims.

This indemnity applies to EASYGOTE, its parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, and contractors — but excludes interns and logistics associates, in line with UK fairness standards under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If any clause is found unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the validity of the rest. Pre-termination rights and obligations — like payment commitments or confidentiality duties — survive termination.

If you choose not to meet your commitments here, your access to EASYGOTE ends — and your obligations (like paying for confirmed orders) remain active.
